It maintains a consistent chain gap across all 10 gears, enabling you to shift through the most demanding downhill courses with ease. An aluminum outer cage and stainless steel hardware provide durability while maintaining a low weight, while SRAM's X-Horizon straight parallelogram technology eliminates all vertical movement, speeding up shifts, reducing shift force, and nearly eliminating ghost shifting. Chain slap and bounce are also reduced, thanks to the roller bearing clutch.
