Every Click and Collect bike will be fully assembled and safety-checked by a qualified Jonny Sprockets mechanic before you collect it. We check key bolts, gears, brakes, tyre pressure, headset, wheels and general setup, so your new bike is ready to roll properly from day one.

If there’s a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll help guide you through the warranty process and work with the supplier to get it sorted as quickly as possible.
